Description:  St Franciscan Tamil Youth mainly aims to nurture and grow the Youth from Tamil community of St. Mary’s Dubai. As a community, we strive to achieve the below goals in our youth members,

• To empower young people to live as disciples of Jesus Christ in our world today
• To draw young people to responsible participation in the life, mission, and work of the Catholic faith.
• To foster the total personal and spiritual growth of each young person in Tamil cultural values and roots.

General Events /Activities:

1. Active and full participation in various SMTC activities in the parish.
2. Youth volunteering, cultural and sports activities at parish and community levels.
3. Active participations and support in YAM activities to support parish level youth activities and monthly YAM mass.
4. Volunteering and support in Tamil masses and for SMTC activities.
5. Adoration & WOC during the Lent season participation and support.
6. Vellankani Madha feast celebrations and cultural participation.
7. Monthly meetings.
8. Organizing and conducting Parish Family Fest programs and Games stalls.
9. Organizing SMTC outings and seminars/counselling.
